Online Forms

Based on customer feedback and as part of our continual process improvement, we have implemented three online forms to assist with the processes of applying for core returns, product returns, and warranty claims.  The links to these three forms can be found in the menu to the right.

By submitting the correct form with as much information as possible, you can ensure a quicker and smoother turnaround, as well as having your own copy of the submitted documentation and a tracking number for follow-up that is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided.

Terminology

RCA – Return Core Authorization – for core returns

RGA – Return Goods Authorization – for product returns

RWA – Return Warranty Authorization – for warranty product returns

Online Form Submission Process

After successfully applying for a core returnproduct return, or warranty claim, you will be presented with a submission ID number and all of the submitted details will be e-mailed to you at the provided address.

DO NOT ship any merchandise to GCL Diesel at this point.  We must first verify the application and perhaps contact you with any follow-up questions.  If your application is approved, you will be e-mailed either an RCA, RGA, or RWA number depending on the type of return application.  Only when you receive this number may you go ahead and ship the product.

When shipping the product, please insert a copy of the application details or a sheet of paper with the authorization number written on it so that we may match up the shipment with your application.
